Summit University St Paul Neighborhood Information
The area is pedestrian friendly with an assortment of high-end and casual restaurants, making it popular with shoppers and diners. Summit-University was originally settled as a farming community in the 1850s and at least one of the original farm houses still stands. Some of the original architecture along University Avenue has been demolished with urban development, though there are moves being made to preserve the rest of the area’s historical features.
