St. Anthony Park is a St. Paul neighborhood bordered on the north by Larpenteur Avenue, on the west by Highway 280, on the south by I-94, and on the east by the St. Paul Campus of the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota State Fair Grounds. Anthony Park was laid out by landscape architect Horace Cleveland as a neighborhood with large estates that matched the contours of the land between downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul in the 1870's.
