My Background:
Education:
I am a graduate from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education and sociology. After graduation, I taught in many different early childhood and elementary programs in the St. Louis Park School District and Stonebridge Charter School in Minneapolis, including ECFE, Pre-School, and Kindergarten-5th grade. I loved teaching and interacting with young children and watching them grow in their learning, but later decided that my teaching experience would be highly advantageous in the real estate world.
Real Estate:
Home buyers and sellers need and want a real estate agent who has the skills and education to thoroughly explain the home buying and selling process. My past teaching experience and expertise in real estate is the perfect combination for explaining and helping my clients thoroughly understand the whole process. My admiration and enthusiasm for real estate is highly contagious and the foundation for creating trusting relationships with my clients. I take pride in my interpersonal skills and my dedication to my clients to make their home buying and selling process both memorable and rewarding. As a client you can expect nothing less from me than 100% hard work and dedication to your real estate experience.
Personal:
When I am not helping buyers and sellers, I enjoy spending time at my family’s lake home up on beautiful Leech Lake in Walker, Minnesota, playing on my co-rec softball team, and trying new restaurants around the Twin Cities. I also continue to embrace my teaching roots by working with at-risk students one-on -one at a charter school in Minneapolis. While I have lived all over the Twin Cities- including Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, and Delano- I now call Rockford my home.
