Lowry Hill has a low population density, unlike many other areas in Minneapolis. About 4,000 people live in Lowry Park. The neighborhood contains the Walker Art Center and the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden Many businesses also call this neighborhood home. Because Lowry Hill is close to downtown and is a hub for the arts, Lowry Hill is a especially attractive community for young adults. Lowry Hill is one of the most upscale neighborhoods in the city.
