Kenwood Minneapolis Neighborhood Information
The neighborhood shares Lake of the Isles and Cedar Lake with the Cedar-Isles-Dean district. Kenwood contains many green spaces including the parks, trails and lakes. The parks in the area feature playgrounds, trails for hiking, biking and skiing, fields and courts for team sports, wading pools and more. Kenwood Park offers over 30 acres of recreational land, and is considered a treasure of the Minneapolis parks system. Cedar Lake Trail runs east to west along the northern end of the neighborhood, while Kenilworth Trail runs from north to south and is connected to the Grand Rounds trail.
