The Keewaydin neighborhood is located on the south side of Minneapolis in the Nokomis Community. Its boundaries are Minnehaha Parkway on the north, Cedar Avenue South on the west, 54th Street East on the south, and 34th Avenue South on the east. The Keewaydin neighborhood offers a suburban lifestyle in the middle of an urban setting. The neighborhood population is young, vital and active, with the median age for residents in the 25-44 year age range. Most of the neighbors here are young families and single professionals, but there's also a substantial population of seniors and many children under the age of 18.
