Jordan is a neighborhood in the Near North Community of Minneapolis. It is bound on the south and west by West Broadway Avenue, on the north by Lowry Avenue North, and on the east by Emerson Avenue North. Jordan is one of the city's largest neighborhoods. IT is represented by the Jordan Area Community Council. Jordan Park, centrally located, offers a wading pool and tot lot, a playground, baseball and softball fields. Recent upgrades there include new picnic area, shade trees, benches and horseshoe pits.
