The Ericsson neighborhood is in the Nokomis Community of Minneapolis. Its boundaries are 42nd and 43rd streets on the north, Hiawatha Avenue on the east, Minnehaha Parkway on the south and by Cedar Avenue on the west. Ericsson Minneapolis Neighborhood Information

Though Ericsson is mostly residential with mainly single-family housing, its western half is dominated by recreational land. Lake Hiawatha Park and Lake Hiawatha Golf Course are two of the most significant green spaces here. Minnehaha Creek also runs west to east through the neighborhood. The Hiawatha Lake Park Recreation Center offers a schedule of year round activities.
