Como Park St Paul Neighborhood Information

 
Known as St. Paul's Garden District, Como Park is primarily a residential and recreational neighborhood, with Como Lake and its parks at its core. The area has plenty of recreational amenities, including a golf course, bike path, play fields, a municipal pool, and the Como Zoo. The Marjorie McNeely Conservatory is the largest indoor, glass garden in the region. The Como Lakeside Pavilion offers live entertainment throughout the summer season. The Minnesota State Fair Grounds border Como Park on the west. Beyond hosting the Great Minnesota Get-Together, this venue also accommodates car shows, horse shows, antique sales and technology fairs. Public schools in the area are Chelsea Heights Elementary School and the Como Park Elementary School, which is one of the only schools in Minnesota to have its own planetarium. The main secondary school here is Como Park Senior High School, one of the highest
rated educational institutions in the state.
