Bryant Minneapolis Homes for Sale

Bryant neighborhood can be found within the Powderhorn Community in southern Minneapolis. This neighborhood is bounded by 38th Street East to the north and 42nd Street East on south, by Interstate 35 W on the west and Chicago Avenue on the east. The neighborhood was named for William Cullen Bryant, a great American poet who lived during the 19th century.

Bryant is largely residential and has mostly single-family dwellings within its limits. The gorgeous Phelps Park is available for residents here. In 1994, the Bryant residents founded The Bryant Unity Development Garden. The Bryant neighborhood is also home to a large Boys and Girls Club.
